Get rid of those stupid extensions on the bumpers, metal smileys aren't common here in the states. Sounds like it needs an exhaust, and a major tuneup. But the 18RC isn't a great motor anyway. Do a swap on it, (20/22R, 18RG, 2TG, 3SGE, 5/7M, 1/2JZ, 1UZ), do some interior work, then go play:
